The new Neu-Perlach residential development is anchored by two distinctive high points, with the promenade towards the district park affording an expansive public area with great potential for use by local residents. The landmark fifteen-storey residential tower with commercial premises and approximately 100 flats, situated directly on the promenade, plays a key role in forming the image of the area. An urban living room on the ground floor, an “all room” on every floor, and run-around balconies will be the special features of this residential tower.
