Urban living in green Architectures - the buildings derived from the urban morphology are on the one hand space-forming and suggest a centrality. On the other hand, they allow the unimpeded flow of the landscape through the formation of the open ground floor zones. Similar to an onion, two elongated structures enclose a large-scale courtyard building that forms a center on both the macro and micro levels. The entrances to the buildings and the bicycle parking spaces are located on the ground floors. The common rooms were located at the central points of each building; in addition, these rooms were developed vertically with two two-story volumes on building site 1. A community garden is located on the 4th floor attic above. The buildings are staggered in height from a 5-story development with penthouses to the east to a 4-story development with penthouses to the west. They are designed as three- or four-storey buildings and have generous balconies, loggias and terraces, which make urban living in a green setting particularly attractive.
